Dessert Wine Trio Flight, Mixeda Mixed Flight
The Burgenland in Austria is one of a scant few regions in the world which can almost yearly depend upon the appearance of botrytis cinerea (noble rot); that lovely mold which gives the best dessert wines their heady aroma. This flight of three half-bottles show very different examples of what botrytis can do to create a spectacular dessert wine (Ruster Ausbruch and the Noble Selection), as well as how a wine can get sweet from the concentration created by being frozen on the vine as an Icewine and not the rot.
This flight is offered at 20% then what you would pay for the individual bottles. Cheers!
