STATES WE CANNOT SHIP TO

In some states, direct shipments of alcohol to consumers is flat out illegal, and we are sorry if you live in one of those states. While the Supreme Court did hand down a judgment regarding the direct shipment of wine recently, that judgment still allows states to restrict shipments of wines coming from other states so long as they don’t allow direct shipments within their state. So until the laws in those restricted states change, we will be happy to sell those customers some of our other fine, non-alcoholic offerings. Another option for consumers in those states is to provide an alternate address in a state that does allows for the shipment of wine, or to a third-party storage facility in a wine friendly state. With the new Supreme Court ruling, many states currently restricted may become “open”, so please leave your contact information so that we can notify you once your state becomes available for wine shipment.

We encourage you to contact your state alcohol control board if you live in one of the restricted states.
