In the spirit of giving this holiday season, we thought we’d try something a little different.

If you order any one of our flights (3 bottles) and attach a gift card to your order between November 2nd, 2005 and November 23rd, 2005, you could win a free iPod Nano.

The iPod Nano is black, has a 4GB drive, and can hold up to 1,000 songs. More information at Apple.

Each order will be placed into a lottery pool, just like a raffle ticket.

On November 28th, 2005, we will command our Winemonger Mainframe Computer to randomly select an order from the pool.

The winning order’s sender will receive the iPod Nano just in time for Christmas.

It’s a pretty good deal: you give a personalized gift of fine wine to a colleague, friend, loved one, client or boss (bingo); and you could win a free iPod.

So browse our flights, and add at least one to your cart. You can even gift yourself and order one of our custom Thanksgiving Wine Flights (1,2), perfectly paired for your holiday meal.

At checkout, choose from our selection of lovely gift cards and add a message. (Well, they’re not all lovely, but taste is subjective, just like one’s appreciation of wine.)

Once we receive your order, you’re in the pool. (On a garish note, more orders will increase your odds. Each order of at least 1 flight and 1 gift card is 1 entry in the lottery pool.)
